Partners (Hospitality establishments)

1. What is MealPass?

MealPass is a system that connects a network of renowned hospitality establishments with users/customers. Customers use the MealPass application to find Partners in the network and to obtain discounts on consumption in the Partner’s restaurants.

2. How can I become a Partner in the MealPass network?

You become a Partner by filling out the Entry Form on the mealpass.hr/partners page and signing the Cooperation Agreement. Our employees will visit you and inspect your hospitality establishment to make it easier to decide to join the MealPass network.

3. What are my obligations as a Partner?

The only obligation you have is towards the user of the MealPass application, and that is to give them a 14% discount on their consumption, when they identify themselves with the Animation from the MealPass application.

MealPass does not take any commissions from Partners and there are no membership fees for the network.

You will receive a sticker that you need to put on the entrance of the facility so that customers know that you receive MealPass.

4. Who do I issue the invoice for consumption to?

You issue the invoice to the application user who wants it, whether it is a regular or R1 invoice. The user pays the bill directly to you by means of payment, like all other guests.

5. How do we treat MealPass users when they come to the establishment?

MealPass users must have the same conditions as all other guests in the establishment. If a reservation is required before arrival, it also applies to MealPass users. If you want, you can provide them with a higher standard, e.g., a welcome drink, but that decision is up to you as a Partner. User satisfaction is entirely up to you as a Partner.

6. Can we exclude ourselves from the MealPass network during busy times?

MealPass must be available to all users for the entire working time, and you cannot selectively exclude yourself from the network during peak times.

7. What if I want to terminate the Agreement with MealPass?

You can terminate the Agreement at any time with a notice period of one month. There are no penalties. After terminating the Agreement, you will not be able to return to the MealPass network for 2 years from the termination date.

8. What if a MealPass user causes damage to the facility?

Like any other guest, a MealPass user must follow the rules of your establishment. MealPass is not responsible for MealPass users.

9. Can I give a MealPass user an additional discount or gift?

The satisfaction of your guests, including MealPass users, is up to you as a Partner. If you want to offer more than usual to a MealPass user, you are free to do so.

1. What is MealPass?

An application that allows its users to consume food and drinks in all catering facilities – Mealpass Partners, with a discount of up to 14%.

2. How can I become a member of the MealPass system?

You can become a member of the MealPass system personally or through your employer. It is necessary to download the application and register and choose a monthly or annual subscription. After paying the subscription, your membership fee is active and you can use the application to get discounts in restaurants.

3. Who can open an account on the MealPass application?

An account can be opened by any adult and a company or trade for its employees and Legal Entity.

4. How to use the MealPass application?
  • Download the app and register
  • Choose a subscription type
  • Find the desired restaurant on the list or map
  • Enjoy lunch, dinner or going out and when paying, show the Animation within the app to the restaurant staff
  • To open Animation, you need to select the restaurant you are in
  • You can pay in restaurants with cash or cards , and the MealPass application is used to get discounts
  • With a MealPass membership, every meal is up to 14% cheaper
  • All restaurants in our network have a Partnership label on their front doors.
  • The use of the MealPass service is not limited by time, that is, the service can be used during the regular working hours of the restaurant
  • The subscription fee for using the MealPass application is only 2 EUR/month or 20 EUR/year
  • MealPass also offers delivery!
5. Where can I see a list of locations that accept MealPass?

You can see the list of locations in the application.

6. Is MealPass tax-free when paid by the employer?

The employer can make an annual payment to the employee on MealPass as a gift in kind.

 

7. Can a company open a MealPass account?

Yes. A company can register with its email address and password.

Users who can use the company’s resources are added to the administrative interface.

8. What should I do in case of misuse of my MealPass account?

If you notice any abuse of your MealPass account, you are obliged to report it to us as soon as possible by emailing contact@mealpass.hr or calling (+385) 1 4816 119. Upon receiving the report, we will freeze the account.
